More badly photo-shopped work.
Anthony Ainley loves his beard. And Don't we all?

XD Thanks. I love The Master and wish Simm had the BEARD OF RASSILON. Or something. *cough*

Yeah, don't know why they didn't decide to give Simm a beard. He could have been clean shaven at the start, when everyone thought he was saxon, but then when they jumped a year and he had been in power a long time, he should have had grown some facial hair by then.

Maybe timelords, being so long living, it takes them centuries to grow beards, and so you really have to be committed to acquiring a moustache to have one? That would also explain why the doctor has been 5 oclock shadowy for about 3 years now.

He had a bit of a stubble when he first regenerated into Saxon. But NOT ENOUGH! You're right though, about the year thing. Maybe he thought The Doctor would mock him for his 'rubbish Beard' D:

Interesting theory... Then there's that bit in The Leisure Hive where the Fourth Doctor gets aged and ends up with a massive Gandalf Beard. I wonder how long that took. XD

did he? I dint recall that. NOT ENOUGH INDEED YOU ARE CORRECT SIR. The doctor should mock him for his rubbish beard though, and he's had ample opportunities too. People are very sensitive about their beards, the Master prolly didn't want to give him the opportunity.

I thought it was an interesting theory! I haven't seen all the older who stories, but I'm gradually getting caught up. How much aged was the 4th doctor? Do you read the webcomic 'The Ten Doctors'?

It's like how I wanted the doctor to keep making fun of Jack by saying things like "Do you think you can FACE this Jack? All I'm saying is, not every man has the FACE to FACE up to what you're FACING. So... Can you FACE it?" And so on. XD

I don't think an age was specified. But it's a grand story and I recommend it. It has really good music.

I do indeed read the Ten Doctors. It was what made me want to turn my own comic strip into a story line rather than just 'jokes'. :D

I didn't even think of the doctor teasing jack like that, but now I'm really dissappointed that he didn't.

Howzabout... A million and six?

Indeed! Excellent choice sir. I've been enjoying it right muchly, and reccommending it at everyone. I prefer storyline WITH jokes myself too.

Or, quite possibly, holding a tape-measure to Jack's head every so often when he thinks he's not looking. :D

Not sure, seeing as how he went all tiny when made to be 900 thanks to the Master's TCE- um, I mean- Lazar screwdriver. ;)

Well, I mean jokes as well. The first volume of my little thing was just individual, loosely connected punch-lines. After that, I tried for a full-blown story line, trying to keep a punch-line in each one. Not sure how well it works, but still.
The Ten Doctors is made of awesome, though. It's always cool to see a good story, good jokes and good art work all together in one place. :)

I think the doctor was a bit too busy in that episode to do much tape measuring, but he better in the next episode!

He must have been 897 then, tinyism doesn't set in in timelords till 898.

It's hard to tell an epic story, but keep jokes in each of your dailies. That's what I try and do with my daily comical strips. I reccommend you trying to find the original popeye strips by EC Segar from the 1930's -- he'd have year-long story arcs of treasure hunts and ghost ships and mysterious rays, but he'd still manage to keep a joke in every daily strip. Masterfully done.
